Equativ, its affiliates, and subsidiaries (“Equativ” or “we” or “us” “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. On this page you will find information about how you can exercise your privacy rights under the applicable laws in your region (including in the European Economic Area, various United States such as California, Virginia, and more). Personal Data is any information that while combined or on its own will directly or indirectly identify you that Equativ may collect, use, disclose, or otherwise process in the provision of our services. However, please note that as Equativ does not process directly identifying Personal Data, this request might not be technically feasible. |
| Withdraw your Consent | You can withdraw your consent through Equativ’s clients Consent Management Platform directly or by requesting such withdraw in the form provided below. Please note, that your withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before the date of your withdrawal request. |
Response time
We will respond within one month. If permitted under applicable law and/or if necessary due to the complexity and number of requests, we may extend the response period to two months. We will notify and explain the reasons for any extension to you. If we deny your request, we will inform you of the reasons for such denial.

| Portability |
This right has limited practical application in the adtech industry. Equativ processes indirectly identifiable or pseudonymous. This data is often distributed across multiple systems and continuously updated. As a result, isolating, verifying, and compiling a complete, user-specific dataset in a structured, portable format is technically challenging and may not meaningfully correspond to an identifiable individual. Consequently, the right to data portability is generally not applicable in practice within the adtech ecosystem. |

The sections below list your Privacy rights in each U.S state which has adopted a Privacy Law (excluding California), the states are classified by order of entry into force of their respective privacy law.
Virgina
- The Right to Confirm if we are actually processing your personal data and to Access such personal data.
- The Right to Correct inaccuracies in your personal data that we have collected taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing.
- The Right to Delete personal data provided by you or obtained about you, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
- The Right to Obtain copies of the personal data that you previously provided to us in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows the consumer to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance, where the processing is carried out by automated means.
- The Right to Opt out of the processing of personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data or, where and if applicable, profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer.
Colorado
- The Right of Access and to Confirm whether the processing of your personal data concerning you.
- The Right to Correct any inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing of such personal data.
- The Right to Delete your personal data, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
- The Right to Data Portability. When exercising the right to access personal data you also have the right to obtain the personal data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the data to another entity without hindrance, provided such transfer shall not be required to reveal any trade secret. Please note that under Colorado Privacy law, you may exercise such right no more than two times per calendar year.
- The Right to Opt out of targeted ads, the sale of their personal data, or, where and if applicable, profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. You may authorize another person, acting on your behalf, to opt-out of the processing of your personal data. When complying with an opt-out request, you may be required to reveal your identity and the authorized agent’s authority to act on your behalf, to get authenticated.
Connecticut
- The Right to Confirm whether or not your personal data is being processed and Access such personal data, unless such confirmation or access would require us to reveal a trade secret.
- The Right to Correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing.
- The Right to Delete personal data provided by, or obtained about you.

Utah
- The Right to Confirm the processing of your personal data and to Access your personal data.

- The Right to Delete your personal data, provided legal exceptions.
- The Right to Obtain a copy of your personal data, in a format that: (a) to the extent technically feasible, is portable; (b) to the extent practicable, is readily usable; and (c) allows you to transmit the data to another controller without impediment, where the processing is carried out by automated means.
- The Right to Opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of: targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.
Nothing in the exercise of such rights should be construed as a requirement for us to disclose any trade secret
Oregon
- The Right to Confirm the processing of your personal data and to Access your personal data. At the controller’s option, you can obtain a list of specific third parties, other than natural persons, to which the controller has disclosed: (a) your personal data; or (b) any personal data; and (c) a copy of all of your personal data that other controller has processed or is processing.
- The Right to Delete your personal data obtained about you, including personal data you provided to the controller, personal data the controller obtained from another source and derived data.
- The Right to Correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing.
- The Right to Obtain a copy of your personal data that the controller has processed or is processing. The Controller shall provide the personal data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the personal data to another person without hindrance.
- The Right to Opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of (a) targeted advertising; (b) the sale of personal data; or (c) profiling you in furtherance of decisions that produce legal effects or effects of similar significance.
Florida
- The Right to Confirm the processing of your personal data and to Access your personal data.
- The Right to Correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing.
- The Right to Delete any or all personal data provided by or obtained about you.
- The Right to Obtain a copy of your personal data in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format if the data is available in a digital format.
- The Right to Opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of (a) targeted advertising; (b) the sale of personal data; or (c) profiling in furtherance of a decision that produces a legal or similarity significant effect concerning you.

- The Right to Question Decisions based on Profiling allows you to challenge decisions resulting from profiling that produce significant effects, demanding to be informed of the reason and, if feasible, of the actions to secure a different result. You also have the Right to review the data used and, if the decision was based on inaccurate data, the right to have the data corrected and the profiling decision reevaluated.
- The Right to Obtain a list of the specific Third parties to which we have disclosed your personal data. If we do not maintain the information in a format specific to you, a list of specific third parties to whom we have disclosed any of your personal data may be provided instead.
Tennessee

- The Right to Delete your personal data, provided by, or obtained about you, unless retention of the personal data is required by law.
- The Right to Obtain a copy or a representative summary of your personal data held by us in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format that allows you to transmit the data to another entity without hindrance, in any case in which the processing is carried out by automated means. We have the discretion to send either a copy or a representative summary of your personal data, taking into account the nature of the personal data and the purposes of the processing of your personal data. We are not required to provide a copy or representative summary of your personal data more than one time in a twelve (12) month period.
- The Right to Opt out of the processing of personal data concerning you for purposes of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in the furtherance of automated decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Kentucky
- The Right to Confirm the processing of your personal data and to Access your personal data, unless where the disclosure would reveal a trade secret.
